With over 15 years of experience in workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and ministry, Teaera created The Sunshine Element as a sacred space where career meets calling.

As a Certified Professional Resume Writer and the Director of an Atlanta-based nonprofit overseeing $14 million in HUD funding, Teaera brings both strategic excellence and deep spiritual insight to her work. She understands that success isn’t just about skill sets—it’s about soul alignment. That’s why her coaching, workshops, and tools are designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction from the inside out.

Founder of S.H.E Reigns Inc

Spiritual Healing Everywhere Reigns Inc, better known as S.H.E Reigns is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization founded in May 2020. At the time, the world stood still as the pandemic introduced a new way of life. In the midst of it all, God was planting purpose and provision for the children and community.

Through God's divine direction and protection, S.H.E Reigns emerges as a community-driven solution for children and their families to find life-changing resources and most of all relief from the pressures of daily life. We do this through offering community-based Vacation Bible School programming, and awarding scholarships in the areas of Higher Education, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Ministry Innovation.

Mission statement - Promoting spiritual enlightenment to the community through education and resource attainment.

Vision Statement - We envision a society where barriers no longer prevent the community from thriving mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
